Yellow wildflowers abound at Cactus Hill in a number of varieties. Here we're peeking at some of them through the brambly vine that characterizes the dewberry plant. Although this plant is especially hard to handle and most unfriendly, rewards are great for those who are bold enough to capture the sweet red berries. Similar to blackberries, they make a delicious pie.
