Naomi
1987-2001 In 1987, Ed spent several months in east Texas putting a new roof
on a prison unit. Thoughout that job, he lived in the same little travel trailer that was our
first Cactus Hill home.
For company, Ed went to the local animal shelter and
adopted Naomi, who was about five months old at the time. It was love at first sight, and
Naomi was "Dad's kitty" for the rest of her life.
