Families and Safe Streets sets new records

continues to grow
| By Walk 2000, Annie's Team looked a lot different. We had grown to about forty in number, and now we sported professionally produced T-shirts in bright red and saying |
 The 2000 Walk set new
records for SafePlace and for Annie's Team. The Walk raised over $350,000
to fight domestic violence and sexual assault, and Annie's Team captured
first place community team, collecting more than $5,500 in Annie's memory.
