To celebrate the roots of Holland America Lines, the mS Nieuw Amsterdam's Executive Chef Wolfgang Wasshausen gets this night to show off with a selection of dishes from the Netherlands. At our dining places we found our Dutch-style hats, and lovely ladies (in more authentic costumes) visited each table to assist the photographers in recording the moment. This photo always makes us smile.
