Chris last visited here with her parents when she was 12. This little town holds special meaning. Back in the 1930s when Chris's parents were students at the Art Institute of Chicago, their painting teacher Boris Anisfeld had a summer home in Central City. Each summer Mr. Anisfeld brought his prize students (guess who) to Central City for several weeks of painting and relaxation. As you see, the town retains its charming appearance.
